Waldo always tells me that in Belgium they still have horse-wagons and no electricity at all...I hope MK will bring his own power supply :-) (Actually i think Waldo is just kidding, but you never know... :))) Eating Noella's fries is a good idea. One for me, please! :-) And some hotdogs, too. Wau-wau :-))

Unbelievable. My expectations were so high but Mark and the band easily did even better. Great show!!! And I hope to see you soon back in Belgium.

After a nervewrecking cat and mouse game with the eager securitystaff, the rebellian germs of the crowd broke even...mark and band from up close instead of the birdcage up in the roof, pfff, what an atmosphere!!! SALUD to this musical piece of mastership!! next year we'll try no doubt about it, to stage a few skydiving acts ;-)

Fabuleux!

During "Why Aye Man" I thought "Oh no, his guitar is almost impossible to hear compared to the other instruments"... But then the technician probably found the correct button and there it was... and it never stopped for almost 2.5 hours! This was my third MK concert and it was the best. A pity about the acoustics though, but hey it could have been worse Anyway, during "Our Shangri-La" MK proved he has a singing voice after all! The other songs were a bit difficult sometimes, with his voice barely making it on "Rüdiger" for example. But the guitar play WOW. Sultans Of Swing and Telegraph Road could have gone on for hours if I had something to do with it... I was already a believer, but yesterday I became a religious freak :) I have seen God and he was playing a guitar!! Thanks for the great gig MK and see you next time!!!!!

Unbelievable concert!! I love great gitarists and i love great songwriters. Mix it and you have Mark Knopfler, intelligent music that really blows your mind. Live, he still can rock as hell (Speedway at nazareth, money for nothing,...) and he can play with so much emotion (rudiger, brothers in arms,...). After so many years Sultans of Swing and telegraph road is still alive and kickin and just fills the whole place with joy and fun! Only too bad that he didnt play postcards from paraguay and back to tupelo from his new cd but hey, if he would play all the songs I love he would be playing for a couple of days i guess :-) The sound was great (dificult in het sport paleis) and the setlist was superb. An evening to remember, thank you Mark!

Great performance of MK and his band, Mark is like a very good wine, how older he is the better he become's. Also good work from the sound-technician because the Sportspaleis is not the best acoustic place to do a concert, but yesterday the sound was very good. Just the best concert of the year !

I'm still walking on the "Telegraph Road". What a superb guitar firework !!! Setlist perfect, Mark and his friends also. And thank you for the 6-pieces encores-setlist !!! (Brothers in Arms/Money for Nothing/So Far Away/Our Shangri-La/Mist Covered Mountains/Going Home !!!)

Quelle soirée !!! Terriblement bon.

I've been to MK since the early 90's, but this is defethe best concert in Belgium. The crowd was amazing. You saw that Mark was enjoying the concert as well. The guitarwork was terrific, especially Sultans of Swing and Thelegraph road were suburb. The setlist was well chosen. The bis-numbers were also fantastic and you saw the Mark wanted to stay on stage. I would say : thank you Mark and come back soon. And maybe you can play then 'Tunnel of Love', I'll love to here that live!!
