It was one of the greatest experiences of my life. Thank you Mark for making it all the way to India. Thank you for performing even with a sore throat. I was amazed to see the sheer number of people who knew all the words to your songs. It was amazing, although I wish they didn't drown out your voice during Romeo and Juliet. Thanks for the memories Mark and all the best for the future. I hope you come back someday and perhaps release videos of your experiences in India.

WOw....the greatest night of my life i flew in from chennai , and....

It was great. Pure unadulterated music. telegraph road was almost musical equivalent of pyrotechnics.

It all happened. For a country starved of concerts inspite of a sizeable population of hard core rock fans, this was the best India ever hosted. True, Bangalore has been more fortunate than the other cities but this one topped it all. It was a spectacular show, electrifying to say the least. A confluence of the old and young, the strength of Dire Straits was quite evident. The tempo was well set with the second song itelf when Walk of Life brought back memories of youth. Telegraph Road was outstanding and the crowd sang Brothers in Arms feeling every pulse of the lyrics. My personal favourite however was Romeo and Juliet. The song refreshed those romantic and private moments everyone has had sometime. His dexterity with the guitar was demonstrated time and again and Money for Nothing got the crowd hysterical. Bangalore sang with him thick and thin and when the sun went to hell and the moon was riding high, we bid him farewell. We have now returned to our valleys and our farms, but Mark - You did not desert me, my brother in arms.
