Great performance of Mark, Emmylou and the Band. Me and a friend started the evening in a pub just outside the arena, they played Mark Knopfler Music so it was the perfect way to start the evening. We had the best seats you can get, in the middle of the first row so you could really get a close up of Mark and Emmylou. I hadn’t heard so much of Emmylous music before except of her wonderful voice and I was really impressed of her songs Michelangelo and Boulder to Birmingham. 1. Right Now - They started slowly with drums and buildt the song until Marks Guitar began to play and then Emmylous started to sing and they played it so good. Great guitar riffs. 2. Red Staggerwing – Not one of my favorites, but live the song sounds much better. 3. Michelangelo – A quiet song from Emmylou, but wow she sings wonderful. 4. I Dug Up A Diamond – Great song from their album and one of my favorites and you here that the rest of the audience likes the song. The guitar solo is so good so wish that it never will ends. 5. Born To Run – Nice country song that I never heard before 6. Red Dirt Girl – A nice Emmylou countrysong 7. Done With Bonaparte – Mark introduces the band and Marks tells us how much he likes to play this song, then they play the song like on the last tour with Guy Fletcher also playing guitar. It’s a nice song but there are so many songs from the solo albums that he haven’t played live, so wish that he could play another song, like 5:15 am or Postcards from Paraguay. 8. Romeo & Juliet – This is one of the best Dire Straits song ever and you feel like you’re in heaven. 9. Song For Sonny Liston – Just Marks Guitar, Glenns Base and Dannys Drums, it’s a great song and live Mark plays an extra solo with so much feeling. 10. All That Matters – Emmylou says this is her favorite song from Mark, and the song is better live than on the Album, they sing it as an duett. 11. Donkey Town – One of the first songs they recorded for the Album. This is a great song and Mark sings it so good and he really sings good now on the last albums. 12. This Is Us – With normal advertising this song would be on top of the charts, I don’t know why the record company doesn’t do more for Mark. He sells on his name and nothing else. 13. All The Roadrunning – This is also such a great song, their voices matches each other perfectly. 14. Boulder To Birmingham – Quite Emmylou song with her magnificant voice. 15. Belle Starr – More rock in the live version than on the record. When Mark starts to play you wonder what song it is, but when Emmylou starts to sing you here what it is. Such a good song. 16. Speedway At Nazareth – The song is like the last tour, really heavy and loud. The song is made for playing live, it’s one of Marks best songs. 17. If This Is Goodbye – The first encore, it’s a wonderful song. 18. So Far Away – The classic Dire Straits song and the song is always good. 19. Our Shangri-La – They didn’t play the song on the Shangri-La tour so this was really something to remember, I think this was the best song in the concert. 20. Why Worry – Mark and Emmylou on Guitar, quiet and great singing from Emmylou, then Guy also plays at the end. I think this was one of the best concerts and it was so nice to here a lot of songs from the new album. Somehow the newspapers doesn’t like Mark Knopfler that much, but I wonder if they listen to audience during the concert then they should realize the most of the audience really liked the concert. You are lucky if you have tickets for the concerts, I have to wait for the next time the man is in the town.

Why Worry - This is a song from Dire Straits' album Brothers in arms, it's not Emmylou's song...
