We didn't get to the venue until very late due to some personal commitments, and unfortunately missed over half the show (they must have started at 8pm sharp, as it was over by 10pm). Anyway, despite that dissapointment, here are my comments: 1. Speedway - fantastic with additions of Emmylou's harmonies and the fiddle player. Mark's solo was not so long as on the Shangri-La tour, but still the whole presentation was so powerful. 2. Mark's vocals are MUCH improved over Shangri-La tour, very nice harmonies. 3. Beautiful extended outro solo on If this is Goodbye. 4. Fiddle solo was superb on Shangri-La, in fact the only one that got applause. 5. First time seeing Emmylou - her vocals came off even better live than on the CD. Seemed like she was having fun on So Far Away.. Catch this gig if you can, and arrive on time. Hopefully they will work again in the future.

The gig was fantastic! My opinion: also the album "All The Roadrunning" than the shows (I'm going to Verona today)are better than the Shangri-La album and tour (I've seen three Shangri-La-gigs last year)! Emmylou and Mark are both great artists and performers, undoubt this tour is for me "the tour of the year". It's one of the best shows I've ever seen from Mark, and Emmylou is great!
